Added granular control over the
rel="nofollow" attribute on external links through the feather_nofollow query parameter.What's New:
?feather_nofollow=false- Override nofollow behavior, ensuring the link won't getrel="nofollow"even when the publication's "No Follow External Links" setting is enabled
?feather_nofollow=true- Force nofollow on any link (existing behavior)
Use Cases:
- Affiliate links that need to pass link equity despite having nofollow enabled globally
- Trusted partner links that should maintain SEO value
- Selective link treatment for sponsored content
